Class Description
Group Meditation
Group Meditation: Interfaith, multi-path guided meditation in supportive self-inquiry environment.

Iyengar Yoga Level 1
Supported Iyengar Yoga, including Sun Salutations. Final 45 min.of class has restorative poses.

Iyengar Yoga Level 2
Classical Yoga poses practiced with support of special Yoga props.

Yogilates
Practiced on The Balance Ball, works on core strength using Pilates inspired postures.

Cardio Yoga
An athletic practice using sweat to detox the body by continual movement in flow of postures.

Restorative Yoga
A popular, slow moving form of Yoga designed to stretch the body while quieting the mind.

Tai Chi
Hugh Tims Cost: $15, 7classes $88, 14 classes $140

Self Practice
Self practice with teacher,Sundari (Leslee) Yoga in silence (no instruction) Open to those enrolled in Astanga Yoga, learn rhythm of the fire breath, transition of poses, flow, focus, and stamina needed in Primary Series. $10

Kid Yoga
Ages 2-7 $5 per child (maximum cost $10 per family) classes schedule when there is enough interest.
